- Credit Service Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Education and Document Preparation Services
- Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure (CROA Disclosure)
- Right to Cancel Notice
The services we perform may include
- Credit education and document preparation services designed to help clients better understand their credit profile and reporting history.
- Review of credit reports to help identify information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent.
- Educational review of credit reports to help clients better understand reporting information.
- Guidance regarding the dispute process and general credit education based on each client’s individual goals and financial situation.
- Ongoing support and communication through phone, email, virtual meetings, webinars, or other approved communication methods during normal business hours.
Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms outlined in their client agreement and applicable cancellation policies.
